The pandemic highlighted the significance of remote training, prompting us to improve the user experience for patients who rely on self-training at home. The current product is designed with the belief that users will have a guide to support them during the user journey. We aim to redesign the experience from scratch, providing a fresh look and feel, along with an intuitive usability similar to that of a smart TV app.

To explore initial concepts and build a structure and layout we made wireframes. After testing it, we refined the welcome screen by removing user performance details, creating a welcoming introduction. Other key areas were also improved delivering a more engaging user experience.

A instruction sheet is designed for users to refer while installing the hardware units. It also consists of other important steps to ensure a functional setup and meet spatial requirements to train smoothly.

To simplify troubleshooting, we identified the most common mistakes users make that could render their movements invisible to the body camera, such as incorrect positioning, inadequate lighting, etc.
